The short version
You must be 18+. Be respectful, keep content legal, and follow the rules. We can remove content or suspend accounts that break them. Our liability is limited. Creator earnings are covered in Creator Terms. Governing law is the State of Delaware.
1. Who we are
FFM is operated by ICEBERG MEDIA LLC, 1521 Concord Pike STE 301, Wilmington, DE 19803, United States ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms are a contract between you and us about using our website, apps and services (the "Platform"). Questions? Contact support@fansfollow.me.
2. You must be 18 or older
The Platform is adults-only. By creating an account you confirm you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country, if higher). We may ask for ID to verify age. Accounts that appear to belong to someone under 18 will be removed.
3. Your account
You are responsible for your login details and for activity on your account. Keep your password private. One person, one account unless we agree otherwise. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.
4. Rules of use
- Follow our Acceptable Use Policy.
- Do not harass, threaten, scam or exploit other people.
- Do not post illegal content or content you do not have the right to share.
- Do not try to break the Platform, scrape it, or bypass security or payment rules.
- Do not create fake accounts or fake engagement.
5. Your content and our rights
You keep ownership of content you post. You give us a worldwide license to host, display, reproduce and promote that content on the Platform and in our marketing, so the service can work. See also

6. Removal, suspension and bans
We can remove content, limit features, suspend or permanently ban accounts if you break these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or if we need to protect people or the Platform. We may also act on reports from users or authorities. Serious or repeated breaks may be reported where the law requires.
7. Payments, subscriptions and wallet
Paid features (subscriptions, tips, gifts, pay-per-view, shop, calls, coaching and wallet top-ups) are described on the Platform. Prices are shown before you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled — cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period.
- Wallet top-ups: $10 to $500 per top-up; $500 maximum per item purchase.
- Creator payouts: minimum $50, paid within 5 working days after admin approval.
- Revenue share: creators keep 80%, FFM keeps 20%. Payment processing is handled by the platform.
- Referrals: 5% of referred activity, paid from FFM's 20% share.

9. Liability limits
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of data, or damages arising from your use of the Platform or other users' content. Our total liability to you is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under the State of Delaware law.
10. Your indemnity
If your content or your use of the Platform causes a claim against us (including legal costs), you agree to cover that claim to the extent allowed by law, except where we are at fault.
11. Our intellectual property
FFM name, logo, design and software belong to us or our licensors. Do not copy or use them without permission. Report stolen content via
Copyright.
12. Termination
You can stop using the Platform and delete your account at any time. We can end or suspend access as described above. Sections that should survive (including licenses you already granted, liability limits and indemnity) continue after termination.
13. Disputes and governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in the State of Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise. Please email support@fansfollow.me first so we can try to resolve the issue.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If we make important changes, we will post a notice or email you. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using FFM after changes take effect, you accept the new Terms.
12b. Content protection
Copying, screen recording, screenshotting for redistribution, or reposting any paid or subscriber-only content is not allowed. If you do this, we may permanently ban your account and you will not get a refund. Creators authorise ICEBERG MEDIA LLC to send copyright takedown notices on their behalf for stolen FFM content.
