What is allowed on FFM — and what is not.

The short version
18+ only. No adult or sexual content, no nudity, no hate, violence or illegal items, no direct supplement sales. Break the rules and we remove content and can suspend or close the account.
1. 18+ only
Every user must be 18 or older. Do not create accounts for anyone under 18.
2. No adult or sexual content
Do not post sexual content, sexual services or offers, or content whose main purpose is sexual. FFM is for fitness, martial arts, and creator work — not an adult platform.
3. No nudity
Keep clothing on in photos, videos, stories, live streams, shop previews and messages.
4. No hate, violence or illegal items
Do not post or sell anything that promotes hate, violence, harassment, terrorism, crime, or illegal goods and services.
5. No supplements sold directly
You may talk about training and nutrition. You may not sell supplements directly on FFM (including in shop listings).
6. Also not allowed
- Scams, fake giveaways, phishing or impersonation.
- Spam, fake followers or engagement.
- Copyright theft (see Copyright).
- Sharing private data of others (doxxing).
7. What happens if you break the rules
We can remove content, limit the account, suspend, or permanently close it. Serious or repeated breaks may be reported to authorities where required. No refund of removed content.
