Refunds Policy
When you can get money back on FFM.

The short version
Subscriptions renew until cancelled — cancel anytime, access lasts to period end. Refunds for undelivered video messages (7 days), unanswered paid messages (7 days), unaccepted calls, and physical goods requested within 14 days. Wallet top-ups are explained below.
1. Subscriptions
- Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until you cancel.
- You can cancel anytime. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
- We do not pro-rate mid-period cancellations.
2. Digital goods and services
- Video messages: if the creator never delivers within the agreed time, request a refund within 7 days of the original request date.
- Paid messages: if the creator never replies within the stated time, request a refund within 7 days.
- Calls: if a call is never accepted or completed as booked, request a refund within 7 days.
- Pay-per-view posts and downloads are non-refundable once unlocked and delivered.
3. Physical goods, tickets and services
You can request a return or refund for physical items within 14 days of delivery (unless the item is custom or perishable). Items should be unused and returned as agreed with the creator. The creator is the seller — see Creator Terms.
4. Wallet top-ups
Top-ups add funds to your FFM wallet for spending on the Platform. Top-ups are $10 to $500 each, and $500 is the maximum per item purchase. Unused wallet funds may be refundable on request if no purchases were made, minus any processing costs where required. If you have already spent funds, the normal refund rules above apply to those purchases.
5. How to request
Email support@fansfollow.me with your username, what you bought, the date and why you are requesting a refund. We review within a reasonable time and may ask for more detail. Subscriptions can be cancelled any time in Settings — access lasts until the end of the period you already paid for.
6. Abuse
We may refuse refunds that look like fraud or chargeback abuse, and we may limit accounts that repeatedly abuse refunds.
