1. Who is responsible

2. What we collect

Account & identity: name, username, email, date of birth (18+ check), password (stored hashed).
Profile & content: photos, videos, bio, category, prices, posts, stories, messages you send.
Payments: wallet balances, payout status, limited billing metadata. Full card numbers are handled by our payment processor, not stored on FFM.
Usage: pages visited, device/browser type, approximate location from IP, cookies (see Cookie Policy).
Support: emails and reports you send us.

3. Why we use it

Provide the Platform (login, profiles, posts, messages, live, shop, calls, payouts).
Process payments and prevent fraud.
Send service messages (receipts, sign-in links, important notices).
Improve safety, enforce our rules and meet legal duties.
Measure and improve the product (aggregated analytics).

4. Who we share data with

We share only what is needed, with:

Payment processor — to take payments and pay creators.
Email provider — to send transactional email.
Hosting / infrastructure — to run the website and store files.
Analytics — to understand usage (aggregated where possible).
Authorities — when required by law or to protect people.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. How long we keep it

We keep account data while your account is open and for a reasonable period after for legal, security and financial records (typically up to 7 years for payment-related records where required). You can ask us to delete your account; some records may be kept where the law requires.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data, object to some processing, or withdraw consent. Email support@fansfollow.me to make a request. You can also delete your account from Settings where available.

7. Cookies

See our Cookie Policy. You can choose essential-only cookies on first visit.

8. International transfers

We may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards so your data stays protected.

9. 18+ only

FFM is not for children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Material changes will be announced on the Platform or by email.
