Account & Profile
Tap Sign up, choose Fan or Creator, then add your name, email and date of birth. You must be 18 or older. It takes less than a minute.
Yes. FFM is adults-only. You must be 18 or older to create an account or use any part of the platform. No adult content is allowed.
Open Settings to update your display name, headline, bio, categories, photo and cover. Your username is set when you join.
Before their first payout, creators complete an ID check in Wallet to confirm they are 18 or older. Fans confirm their age at sign-up. We may ask for ID at other times to keep the platform safe.
Payments & Payouts
Open Wallet, choose Top up, and add between $10 and $500. Wallet funds pay for tips, gifts, unlocks, paid messages, calls and live tickets. Subscriptions bill your card monthly and renew until you cancel.
You keep 80% of every payment. FFM takes 20% to run the platform.
Withdraw from your wallet when your balance is $50 or more. Payouts are reviewed and approved by our team, then sent to your bank, usually within about 5 days.
Yes. The minimum cash-out is $50. Below that, keep earning until your balance is ready.
Major debit and credit cards. Payouts go to your bank account.
If something went wrong (double charge, content never delivered), email support within 14 days. We review each case fairly. Completed tips and gifts are normally non-refundable. Subscriptions can be canceled any time — access lasts until the end of the period you paid for.
Privacy & Security
Your email is never shown publicly. You control your display name and profile. Paid content stays locked for people who are not allowed to see it.
Yes. Open their profile or conversation and choose Block. They will not be able to message you or see your content.
Yes. In Settings you can block whole countries from viewing your profile and content.
Email support immediately. We can lock the account and help you regain access securely.
Creator Tools
In creator settings, set your per-minute video and audio rates and turn availability on or off. You can change the rate at any time.
Use New post on your dashboard. You can share free posts, subscribers-only posts, or pay-per-view posts with your own price.
Sell digital downloads, physical items, video messages and more from your shop page. You keep 80% of every sale.
Go live from your dashboard. Stream free, or set a ticket price so only paying fans can join.
Reporting & Moderation
Use Report on any post or profile. For urgent issues email support and we will review quickly.
Fitness, fight, wellness, martial arts, golf and related creator content only. No nudity or adult content — zero tolerance. Keep it brand-safe and professional.
Be respectful. No harassment, spam, illegal content or adult material. Break the rules and content or accounts can be removed.
Subscribers-only and pay-per-view media stay locked until the fan is allowed to see them. Media links expire. Re-uploads break our rules and can lead to a ban. You can also report leaks.
