Creator Terms
How creators earn on FFM and what we each promise.

The short version
You own your content and give us a license to show and promote it. You must have consent from anyone in your content. Revenue share is 80% creator / 20% FFM. Minimum payout $50 after funds clear (about 5 working days). You are the seller for physical goods. No adult content — zero tolerance.
1. Your role as a creator
If you sell content, subscriptions, coaching, calls, shop items or other services on FFM, these Creator Terms apply together with our Terms and Acceptable Use Policy.
2. You own your content
You keep ownership of the photos, videos, text and other material you post. You grant ICEBERG MEDIA LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, display, reproduce and promote that content on FFM and in marketing for the Platform (for example, featured creator clips). This license lasts while your content is on the Platform and for a reasonable period after removal for backups and promotion wind-down.
3. Consent of people shown
Anyone who appears in your content must be 18+ and must have agreed to be filmed or photographed and to have that content posted here. You must have the rights to all music, locations and materials you use. We may ask for proof.
4. Revenue share (80% / 20%)
- For each payment from a fan, you receive 80% and ICEBERG MEDIA LLC keeps 20%.
- Creators receive 80% of each payment amount.
- This applies to subscriptions, tips, gifts, pay-per-view posts, shop sales, coaching and paid messages/calls, unless a specific campaign says otherwise.
- Referrals: 5% of referred spend or earnings is paid from FFM's 20% share (not from the creator's 80%).
5. Payouts
- Minimum payout: $50.
- Payouts are paid within 5 working days after funds have cleared and your cash-out is admin-approved.
- We complete an ID check (and may request extra documents) before your first payout. Payouts stay on hold until that check is done.
- Single payout maximum $5,000; daily total cap $10,000. Amounts over $1,000 need a second admin approval.
- We can delay payouts if there is suspected fraud, a chargeback investigation, a reserve, or a legal requirement.
6. Holds, chargebacks and clawbacks
If a fan's payment is disputed, reversed, refunded or charged back, we may hold that amount from your balance (and reverse it if already paid out). We may also place a reserve on future earnings while a dispute is open. If a refund is approved under our Refunds policy, the creator share of that refund is returned to the fan.
7. Your taxes
You are responsible for your own taxes on earnings from FFM. We may collect tax information where the law requires it. We do not provide tax advice.
8. Physical goods, tickets and services
If you sell physical products, tickets or in-person services, you are the seller. You handle stock, shipping, dropshipping suppliers, delivery times, returns and customer service for those items. FFM provides the storefront and payment flow only.
9. Referral program
- When someone signs up with your referral link or code and later spends or earns on FFM, you may receive 5% of that activity, paid from FFM's 20% share (not from the other creator's 80%).
- Self-referrals, fake accounts, spam or abuse are not allowed.
- Referral rewards can be paused or reversed if fraud or policy breaks are found.
- We may change or end the referral program with notice.
10. Content rules — zero tolerance
FFM is for fitness, fight and wellness content only. No nudity or adult content — instant ban and related earnings held. No illegal items. See Acceptable Use. We can remove content and suspend or ban accounts immediately for serious or repeated breaks, and withhold related earnings if needed.
11. Qualified badge
A "Qualified" badge means we reviewed a certificate or proof you submitted for a professional category (for example nutrition). It is not a medical license and does not mean we endorse you as a clinician. See Health Disclaimer.
11b. Content protection
You may add watermarks to your media. Fans may not copy, screen-record or repost your paid content. If your content is stolen, you authorise ICEBERG MEDIA LLC to file copyright takedowns on your behalf. Repeat leaks can be reported via the admin Leak report tool.
12. Ending this agreement
You can stop being a creator at any time. We can end creator status if you break these rules. Amounts already earned (minus clawbacks and holds) remain payable subject to our payout rules.
